Your privacy is important to Brightree.
At Brightree LLC and its subsidiaries (“Brightree”“we”, or “us”), we care about your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect when you visit our websites, mobile sites, applications other than the Patient Hub by Brightree application, social media pages that we control, and HTML formatted email messages (collectively, the “Sites”), and our practices for collecting, using, protecting, and sharing that information. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices before using our Sites or submitting any personal information. By accessing or using our Sites, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Sites after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
When you use our Sites, we may collect your Personal Information when you provide it to us, when it comes linked from other sources, or through automated methods. Personal Information is:

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the collection of your Personal Information and its use by us. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably useful for commercial purposes. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable, but please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and there may be residual information that will not be removed or changed.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will retain your Personal Information if necessary to comply with the law, resolve disputes or comply with or enforce our agreements.

If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our own or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to [email protected]. If we have sent you a promotional or marketing email, you may opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the email.

Our Sites are intended only for United States users. However, visitors of our Sites who live in the European Economic Area may have some additional rights in regards to the processing of their Personal Information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Sites.
